Cap Coz beach
A family favorite! Bordered by pine trees and protected from the wind by the Pointe de Beg-Meil, Cap Coz beach (which means “Old Cape” in Breton) slopes gently down to the ocean. Awarded the “Blue Flag” label, the beach is supervised in July and August. The beach is accessible to people with reduced mobility using Hippocampe and Tiralo wheelchairs. Shops and restaurants are also available.
Maner beach / Coat Clévarec (Plage du Renouveau)
Between the Pointe de Mousterlin and Beg Meil, in the heart of the Fouesnant resort, the Plage de Maner Coat Clevarec stretches over several kilometers of fine sand. Supervised in summer, it attracts many bathers, tourists and locals alike. The beach is easy to access, with parking nearby. Perfect for swimming and sunbathing on the golden sands!
Kerler beach
A beautiful sandy beach in a protected natural area! Kerleven beach stretches as far as Plage du Letty (Bénodet) to the west and Pointe de Mousterlin to the east. In July and August, it is supervised and accessible to people with reduced mobility. It is also Fouesnant ‘s only naturist beach (on the right-hand side).
Kerambigorn beach
White sand, turquoise water and fish swimming all around us… it’s not the tropics, it’s “just” Kerambigorn Beach, in Beg-Meil! Behind the dunes covered with oyats and blue thistles, facing due south, this long stretch of fine sand is a favorite with sports enthusiasts! In summer, numerous activities are organized on the beach: soccer, beach rugby, sandball, beach volleyball… Accessible to disabled persons, with lifeguard surveillance in July and August and sanitary facilities. In the distance, a lovely view of the Glénan archipelago!
Bot Conan beach
A small, shady cove hidden between Cap Coz and Beg Meil, facing the Bay of Concarneau. This beach, known only to locals and a few insiders, is accessible via a short coastal path. Golden sand, crystal-clear water, lush vegetation: welcome to paradise! We won’t tell you more, because we’d like to keep it a secret! Here’s a hint: it’s just a stone’s throw from our La Roche Percée campsite…
Oiseaux beach
Another well-hidden nugget, reserved for the privileged few who know how to find them. Surrounded by rocks, at the tip of Beg-Meil, the beautiful Plage des Oiseaux is accessible via a short coastal path (the famous GR 34, the customs path). Turquoise water, white sand, no big waves or currents, sheltered from the wind, just a few cormorants… Simply magnificent!
Kermyl beach
Worthy of the finest beaches in Brittany, Kermyl beach in Beg-Meil also stands out from the crowd, thanks to its heavenly setting: white sandy cove, translucent water, calm and tranquil, delightfully wild and unspoilt… It’s like being on the Mediterranean coast of Greece. Don’t forget your fins, mask and snorkel.
